Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We can't imagine you won't love your purchase, but we offer a full refund or the purchase price, not including shipping, once the item has been returned. However, we don't not offer a refund ion custom orders.

Payment

Our shop accepts payment by credit card and PayPal. Cancellation of an order is accepted until the item is shipped.

Shipping

Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery) to US customers. If you wish to have the item sooner, USPS Express Priority Mail (1-2 day delivery) is offered at the time of checkout. If you aren't in a hurry, and want to save a little cash, you can also select USPS Parcel Select.

International Shipping is offered worldwide through International Priority Mail.

A tracking number is provided with both shipment methods. We will send you a confirmation email when the item has shipped.
